Our apartments are perfectly equipped for your carefree vacation:

  • Kitchen amenities: Induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher including tabs, pod coffee machine (pods can be purchased directly from us), kettle, high-quality cookware, dishes and kitchen utensils, dish towels
  • Bathroom: Towels, hairdryer, soap
  • Free internet with Wi-Fi
  • Flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the living area
  • Washing machine and dryer (available upon request and for a fee)
  • As a welcome gift: 1× premium spaghetti with tomato sauce for your first hunger after arrival – and to try out our fully equipped kitchen.
  • Wardrobe in the main building with the option to shower/change before check-in or after check-out.
  • For stays of a week or more: Apartment service with towel change, vacuuming, taking out the trash, and replenishing toilet paper.

Upon request, we will bring you your breakfast rolls daily from the Kirchberger traditional bakery directly to your apartment.

The apartments are available from 4:00 PM. To ensure that your successors receive an equally lovingly prepared and clean apartment, we ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.

To fully utilize your arrival and departure day, a wardrobe for changing and showering or a luggage storage option is available in the main building (the 'Mühle').

You have 4 parking spaces and 3 carports available free of charge.

An e-charging station is also available to you (for a fee).

Thanks to the central location of Schwaigermühle, a convenient and eco-friendly arrival by public transport is possible.

  • The train station is only about 700 m away.
  • The bus stop is located just around 200 m from the house.
  • The free guest card serves as a ticket for all local trains between Wörgl and Hochfilzen as well as for the public buses between Wörgl – Kitzbühel and Aschau bei Kirchberg – Kitzbühel.
